1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Booth Design, an online AI booth and exhibition design image generation platform available at www.aiboothdesign.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The Service

AI Booth Design helps users create booth, exhibition, display, and related design images using AI-assisted tools. The service may include image generation, image editing, prompt-based creation, reference-image workflows, account features, credit-based usage, and human-assisted services.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including features, pricing, credit rules, and availability.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. User Content

"User Content" includes prompts, text, uploaded images, reference materials, product information, brand assets, booth requirements, feedback, and any other content you submit to the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and use your User Content with AI Booth Design.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, reproduce, and modify User Content as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the service and to generate requested outputs.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated design images may be imperfect, inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other outputs generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them commercially or publicly, including checking dimensions, brand accuracy, intellectual property rights, venue rules, safety requirements, and production feasibility.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use outputs generated for you for lawful personal or commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, protectable, or free of third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use AI Booth Design to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, impersonate others, or submit illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful, explicit, or otherwise abusive content.

7. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Some features may require payment, credits, a subscription, or other paid access. Prices, credit costs, included features, and availability may change from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before completing a transaction.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by applicable law, paid credits, generated outputs, and completed services are not guaranteed to be refundable. Contact cs@aiboothdesign.com if you believe there is a billing error or service issue.

8. Intellectual Property

AI Booth Design, including our website, software, interface, logos, designs, documentation, and service content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our platform or technology to you.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You are responsible for making sure your use of brand names, logos, product images, and other materials complies with applicable rights and permissions.

9. Human-Assisted Services

If you request human-assisted design services, you agree to provide clear and lawful requirements, references, and feedback. Delivery times, revision availability, and final results may vary based on project complexity, provided materials, and service capacity.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect design quality, exact prompt compliance, production-ready specifications, or suitability for any specific exhibition, venue, manufacturer, or business purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Booth Design will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or other users, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on www.aiboothdesign.com with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
